Requirements
- A valid NMC (which can be renewed if expired)
- A minimum of 1 year experience in the last 3 years
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- The ability to take charge of the home on a shift basis and provide supervision for other care staff
- The ability to manage long-term conditions and promote independence
- An understanding of adult safeguarding and DoLS
