Goldsmith Personnel Ltd aims to involve the client in every stage of the process. Once a referral has been made, we visit you the client at home and make a full assessment of all your needs. Suitable workers are then selected for you to interview and when you are completely satisfied, choose the Personnel Assistant you feel best suites your needs and are the most compatible with. This process is carried out ahead of any work being initiated. |
